In addition to basic applications and forms, the Village of Albers Ordinance Book contains quite a few zoning applications and forms. There are currently five packages of zoning applications and forms for the Village. The fourth package concerns swimming pool applications. A “SWIMMING POOL” is defined as: A swimming pool is a body of water in an artificial or semi-artificial receptacle or other container used or intended to be used for public, semi-public, or private swimming by adults or children, whether or not any charge or fee is imposed upon such adults or children owned, operated, or maintained by any person as herein defined. (See Village Ordinance Code Section 40-6-8.) To erect a Swimming Pool within the Village of Albers the following documents must be completed and processed within the guidelines established by the following Village ordinances below. NOTE: Other Village Ordinances may apply; a complete copy of the Village Code is available at the Village Hall. |
