4th of JULY Inaugural Albers PARADE
ATTENTION ALL ALBERS RESIDENTS!
The Albers Commercial Club is hosting a 4th of July Inaugural Parade!
WHEN: Saturday, July 3rd starting at 6:30 p.m.  The parade will kick-off our annual fireworks display!
WHERE:     Starting/Ending at Jaycee Park Pavilion
ROUTE:      From Jaycee Park traveling east onto Park Avenue, south onto Franklin
Street, east onto Dwight Street, north on Commercial Street, west on Debra Drive,
south on Franklin Street, west on Park Avenue.

Everyone is invited to join the fun!  Decorate your cars, golf carts, bikes, wagons, strollers, whatever you have!  It is free to enter!

Parade Entry Forms are available at Village Hall, the Post Office, and on our website albers-il.org.

The Albers Commercial Club and the Clin-Clair Fire Department are accepting donations to offset the expense of this years fireworks.  Please make checkspayable to Clin-Clair Fire Company.  Without individual donations, the future of the fireworks is at stake.  Thank you in advance for your generosity!

ATTENTION ALL PET OWNERS!  Be a good neighbor by controlling your pets at all times (leash, fence, etc.), ensuring your pet is not on private property without the consent of the property owner, and cleaning up after your pet.  Thank you for being considerate of all residents by properly caring for your pets.  Please call the Albers Village Hall at 248-5154 with any concerns. 

According to the REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF ALBERS:  
3-1-6.  INJURY TO PROPERTY.
(A)  It shall be unlawful for any person owning or possessing a dog or cat to permit such dog or cat to go upon any sidewalk, parkway, or private lands or premises without the permission of the owner of such premises and break, bruise, tear up, crush or injure any lawn, flower bed, plant, shrub, tree or garden in any manner whatsoever, or to defecate thereon.
(B)  It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit a dog or cat to be on property, public or private, not owned or possessed by such person unless such person has in her / his immediate possession an appropriate device for scooping excrement and an appropriate depository for the transmission of excrement to a receptacle located upon property owned or possessed by such person.
